BECOME AN EXHIBITOR

We never want cost to prevent a business or individual from participating in the Texas Woodworking Festival. As such, we tier our exhibitor booth pricing based on company size so that there is an affordable option for everyone. Additional details will be sent to exhibitors that are accepted to participate. TWF is a curated event so acceptance is not guaranteed. Non-woodworking related companies are typically rejected. All fees are non-refundable.

• Small Business – Less 4 or less employees
• Large Business – 5 or more employees
• Table Space – A smaller 6′ x 8′ space which includes a 6ft table. Chairs and table cloths are not provided. 
• Booth Space – A space of 10’ x 10’ and one 6ft table will be provided. Pipe and drape, chairs, lines provided. 
• Pipe and Drape – 8ft tall black hanging cloth backdrop.  10×10 booth include 3ft tall side partitions.
• Activities – All Exhibitors are free to sell items, demo products, showcase their work and market their company at TWF
