Attendee Terms and Conditions

Ticket Purchase and Entry

1. Ticket Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, illness, or other emergencies.

2. Entry Requirements: Attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced. TWF can look up tickets with a name or ticket number and reprint a ticket if necessary.

3. Age Restrictions: Children that are 15 years of age or younger are free but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Certain areas of the festival may have age restrictions which will be clearly marked. Everyone attending EDU sessions must have a ticket

4. Animals: Animals are not allowed at the venue unless they are certified service animals.

 

Conduct and Safety

1. Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited at the festival: illegal weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, pets (excluding service animals), and any items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by festival staff.

2. Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, vendors, and staff. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the festival without a refund.

3. Security Measures: All attendees and their belongings are subject to search upon entry and at any time during the festival by security if deemed necessary. Failure to comply with security measures may result in denial of entry or removal from the event.

 

Event Changes and Cancellations

1. Schedule Changes: The EDU schedule is subject to change without notice. Attendees are responsible for checking for updates on the festival website or official communication channels.

2. Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that the festival is canceled, ticket holders will be notified via email and a public announcement will be made on the festival website and social media channels.

 

Photography and Media

1. Photography and Videography: By attending the festival, attendees grant permission to the Texas Woodworking Festival to use their likeness in any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes without compensation.

2. Personal Use: Attendees may take photographs and videos for personal use. However, commercial use of any media taken at the festival without prior written consent from the festival organizers is prohibited.

 

Liability and Disclaimer

1. Assumption of Risk: Attendees assume all risks associated with attendance at the festival, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

2. Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Texas Woodworking Festival, its organizers, sponsors, vendors, and venue from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their attendance and participation in the event.

3. Force Majeure: The Texas Woodworking Festival shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Texas Woodworking Festival, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with any of the above terms may result in removal from the event without a refund.
