Austin Community College is a nationally recognized college serving Central Texas as the primary gateway to higher education and technical training opportunities. The Woodworking program at Austin Community College is housed within the Building Construction Technology Department. With classes at Riverside and Round Rock campuses, students are afforded the opportunity to take courses in Woodworking from Beginning to Advanced and Design Build. Courses in Cabinet Making are also available with students learning to design, build and install cabinetry in instructional model homes constructed by Construction program students on campus.
